A POWYS man charged with cocaine supply offences is set to come back before a crown court, more than four years after he was arrested.
David Bayley, of Holcombe Avenue, Llandrindod, is charged with four offences in relation to possessing and supplying cocaine in the spa town.
It relates to an arrest in Llandrindod on October 10, 2018.
Bayley is charged with being in possession of £3,000 worth of cocaine and possession with intent to supply the Class A drug, relating to October 26, 2018.
A third charge relates to being concerned in the supply of cocaine between April 2 and October 27, 2018, in Llandrindod.
A fourth charge relates to possessing criminal property – namely £35,498.18 in cash – between October 20, 2013, and April 9, 2019.
Bayley first appeared before magistrates in Llandrindod in September 2021 where he entered no pleas and the case was sent off to Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court.
Bayley appeared at Merthyr on Thursday, March 2. He is due to appear there again on March 30.
