A MAN accused of exposing himself to 3 women on a riverbank in Powys has denied the offence and is to face trial later this year.
Slawek Dabek, 43, denied a charge of threatening behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress when he appeared at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, March 1.
Dabek, from Weobley, in Herefordshire, is accused of exposing himself to three women on a pebbled beach area of the River Wye in Glasbury on July 17 last year.
Speaking via the aid of an interpreter, Dabek said “not guilty” when asked how he pleaded.
The case was adjourned and his trial is due to take place at Llandrindod on April 26.
