A FORMER Powys man accused of sexual assaulting a child will face trial later this year.
Nicholas Kayhan Hassan Hardiman, 48, who formerly lived on Grosvenor Road, Llandrindod Wells, is charged with two offences in total.
Charge one alleges he assaulted a female, who was aged under 16. Charge two says he sexually assaulted a teenage girl. Both offences are alleged to have taken place between October 31 and December 1, 2018.
Hardiman, now of Rowlett Road, in Corby, Northamptonshire, has denied each charge, and his case has been set down for trial.
It is due to begin at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court on April 11.
