FIREFIGHTERS from Mid Wales were called out to a fire at a derelict property on Sunday (February 19) evening.
The crew from Montgomery Fire Station joined colleagues from Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) to the blaze at a property in Worthen, near Shrewsbury, shortly before 8.30pm.
Three fire appliances from SFRS including the aerial ladder platform were mobilised from Bishops Castle and Minsterley.
An operations officer was in attendance.

A spokesperson for SFRS said: "This incident was a fire at a derelict property, crews used two breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish.
"Over the border assistance was also received from Mid and West Wales."
The stop call to say no further crews were required came in just after midnight.
