VOCAL and comedy entertainer Bobby Gold will entertain Welshpool at an event to benefit the upcoming 1940s Weekend.
On Friday, March 17, the Church House is hosting a supper evening featuring the comedy entertainer at 7.30pm.
Tickets cost £12 and include supper as well as the evening’s entertainment, which are available from Welshpool Jewellers or pay on the door.

A prize bingo evening is also being held on Tuesday, February 21, in the Corn Exchange and will also be in benefit of the 1940s Weekend.
The Annual General Meeting of the 1940s planning committee will be held on Thursday, March 2 at 2pm in the events room of the Monkey Puzzle Café.
All interested parties are welcome to attend.
