A man accused of drink driving a black Mercedes yards away from his home in Newtown has been ordered to return to court later next month.
Philip Jones, 65, of Heol y Coleg, was stopped by police in Heol Vaynor on December 13 last year.
He pleaded not guilty to driving the vehicle with 44 microgramems of alcohol in his breath - above the legal 35 microgrammes drink driving limit.

Robert Hanratty, representing Mr Jones, gave a basis of plea at Welshpool Magistrates Court on February 17.
Magistrates told Mr Jones that they will adjourn the case for the body worn footage from the police is served.
Mr Jones was granted unconditional bail to return to Welshpool Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, March 21.
