TV presenter Mari Lovgreen will be launching her new book full of love poems written by some of Wales' most celebrated poets in a Powys pub.
Cariad, Welsh for love, is the perfect gift for St Dwynwen's Day - the Welsh Valentine's Day - and for anyone who is engaged, about to get married or just in love.
Tonight (Friday, January 20), Mari, along with help from Mererid Haf and Lleisiau'r Dyffryn, will be launching the new book at the Cann Office, Llangadfan at 7.30pm.
Mari, who lives on a farm near Llanerfyl, believes passionately that you cannot have too much love in the world and so this book is certainly one that people need during this time.

Mari says she chose the poems because they touch her, make her feel things in her heart or tell her something specific.
There are nearly 50 poems in this volume from poets such as Anni Llŷn, Mei Mac, Casia Wiliam, Aled Lewis Evans, Grahame Davies, Geraint Lovgreen, Aneirin Karadog, Elan Grug Muse, Myrddin ap Dafydd, Mererid Hopwood, Tudur Dylan Jones, Iwan Llwyd and Gwyn Erfyl .
Mari also commissioned young Welsh poets Llio Maddocks, Caryl Bryn, Mari Elen, Casi Wyn and Gwenllian Ellis to write poems about love.
Published by Barddas, it contains illustrations by Anna Gwenllian, an artist and illustrator from the Caernarfon area where Mari was also raised, and was designed by Tanwen Haf.
