Everyone was amazed by a spectacular light show that turned a Llanidloes church into a giant kaleidoscope.
The Splinters of Heaven exhibition brought people of all ages to St Idloes Church on December 9 for a mesmerising show of light and sound.
An early Christmas present for the town, the light show by international artist Andy McKeown brought to life the church's own stained glass.
Many visitors commented on the light patterns as they flowed over them. “It really is a feast for the eyes” said one visitor.
"A big thank you to everyone who came to Splinters and to Andy and team for producing it for us," said a spokesperson for the Bro Arwystli parish of churches.

"We raised approx £600 for Skylight Crisis in Wales to help homeless people, and about the same for church funds. Thank you all for your generosity."
It was the second exhibition at the church by Andy McKeown, who is based in Shrewsbury. He photographed all of St Idloes's stained glass windows, and, then, using computer software, broke the pictures into thousands of 'splinters', which, using six projectors, were displayed in constant movement, flowing over the entire inside of the church against a background of beautiful music.
