A popular and historic Newtown town centre pub that comes with a four bedroom flat is up for sale.
The Victoria Vaults in Broad Street is described as a pub with a "wealth of character", not only in terms of decor but also with the punters.
The agent selling the Grade II-listed pub, which has a guide price of £279,500, said the new owners will inherit an established successful business which has been run for many years by the current owners.
Inside the cosy pub there is a traditional bar room with beamed ceilings and panelled walling, a range of fixed seating and double doors leading to outdoor undercover seating. To the back of the property there is hallway leading to the side lobby, ladies and men's bathrooms, cellar and chef's kitchen.
