One of the UK's top comedians will be taking to the stage at The Hafren theatre in Newtown next year - and tickets have sold out in days.
It's been confirmed that Sarah Millican will be bringing her new 'Late Bloomer' tour to mid Wales on Thursday, September 28, after The Hafren theatre revealed that the award-winning comedian will return after performing her Bobby Dazzler tour in front of the 548-seater venue in Newtown last week.
One audience member said: "Sarah Millican was amazing last night, laughed so much". Another show-goer agreed adding "my cheeks still hurt from laughing".
The Hafren theatre said: "When Sarah Millican was a bairn, she wouldn’t say boo to a goose. Quiet at school, not many friends, no boobs til she was 16. Now? NOW she is loud, with good friends, a cracking rack and goose booing all over the shop.

"In Late Bloomer, Sarah’s brand-new stand-up show, she explores how one became the other. Plus, lots of stuff about dinners and lady gardens. Come along, laugh at her, with her, beside her."

The Hafren will be welcoming a whole host of popular comedians during the next few weeks and months including Rich Hall on Thursday, December 15, Tom Allen on March 10; and Mark Steel on April 1.
