A LLANSILIN church is preparing for a month full of holidays celebrations, with their annual Crown of Light, Christmas Carols, and the Christmas Eve Holly Communion.
St Silin's Church, on the B4580, will start their month off by turning on the Crown of Light, that will shine from their tower throughout the Advent month of December, over Llansilin village.
The church are asking that in appreciation of this wonderful approach to Christmas people are invited to make donations to two local hospices, the Hope House Hospice for children, nearby Morda and Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury.
