WELCOME to our latest stroll through the corridors of time as we share five pictures from the past.
This week we are fortunate to share pictures from the collection of PB Abery who lived in Builth Wells in the early part of the 20th century.
He captured life in Powys and the Marches and his work capturing the tourists who visited Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells during the era remain priceless.
A warning that perhaps one of this week's pictures would not necessarily be deemed suitable in this day and age but we have endeavoured to share them as they were taken in the 1930s and 1940s.
Different attitudes prevailed so long ago and, while they should not be celebrated today, they can be viewed as part of our history and therefore worth remembering.
