CARRIE Jones and Maria Francis-Jones will bid to help lift Wales after their World Cup qualification disappointment in the forthcoming friendly against Finland.
Coach Gemma Grainger has selected the same 26 players that represented Wales in the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup play-offs last month – against Bosnia and Switzerland.
Among them is Leicester City midfielder Jones on loan from Manchester United and defender Francis-Jones who is currently on loan at Sheffield United from Manchester City.
Jones is a former Llanfair Caereinion and Newtown High School student while Francis-Jones hails from Llanidloes.
