A MAN accused of being drunk on a train in Powys is to appear before a court later this year.
Jonathan Dace, 50, is charged with being drunk and disorderly in Welshpool on May 8 this year – if true it would put him in breach of a conditional discharge.
Dace, of Coton Crescent, Shrewsbury, was allegedly drunk and disorderly while on a train at Welshpool Rail Station in May.
He had been due to appear at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court last Tuesday, October 18, but an adjournment was requested.
The case was adjourned until December 5, when Dace will be required to appear before magistrates.
