A MAN from London will appear in crown court later this year charged with committing fraud and theft of £7,500 in Powys.
Andrew Richard Gordon denies he acted alongside others and pretended to be a courier acting under the instruction of police, causing loss to his victim in Glasbury between October 1 and 27, 2020.
The 58-year-old, of Richmond Road in Kingston upon Thames, also denies stealing £7,500 cash belonging to the same victim at Glasbury between October 1 and 27.

Magistrates sitting at Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates' Court last week sent the case to Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court for a trial.
The case will be heard again at the crown court on November 11.
