A POWYS man is to appear in court next month charged with three offences relating to livestock worrying.
Ronald William Robinson, from Pantydwr, near Rhayader, faces three identical charges of being an owner of a dog worrying livestock. All three offences are said to have taken place on the same day, February 9 this year, but at three separate locations.
The charges allege Robinson was the owner of a dog which worried livestock, namely sheep, on agricultural land situated at Alltllyd Farm, Hendrerhiw Farm and Cefn-Llech Farm – all located in the Pantydwr area.
