Burger King often has a number of discounts and deals for customers to use, and that is no different ahead of Halloween.
They have come up with an appropriately spooky way for people to get a free burger ahead of October 31 with their 'Home of the Ghosts' feature on the Burger King app.
This "limited-edition ghost-detecting feature" has been added to the Burger King app today (Wednesday, October 12) which will allow you to scan their surroundings to discover any "supernatural activity".
You should be able to find 'ghosts' using this feature and if you do you'll automatically receive a buy-one-get-one-free coupon on Whoppers.
In a statement, Burger King said: "The scarily good deal will only be available to burger lovers nationwide when they place a click-and-collect order via the app.

"Fans can choose from a flame-grilled Whopper or Plant-based Whopper whenever a ghost is near until the 1st November 2022 (23:59), so it’s time to get hunting."
This offer will not be valid at Burger King motorway service locations, airports, train stations, and holiday parks.
Any burgers not claimed from the total amount will not be added to the amount redeemable the next day and there is a maximum of one free item per person as part of the ‘Home of Ghosts’ offer.
