A PLEA hearing of a Powys man charged with sexual offences against children has been delayed.
Silviu Sigheti, from Llandrindod Wells, is accused of making an indecent photograph of a child and operating equipment beneath the clothing of a child without consent.
The 42-year-old appeared at a plea and trial preparation hearing at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court on Wednesday, October 5, but the case was delayed so that further forensic examination can take place.
Sigheti, of Dolydd Pentrosfa, Llandrindod, will now appear again on October 20.
