A POWYS driver accused of travelling at over 100 miles per hour in a 50mph zone will appear in court later this year.
Dylan Morgan Thomas, 25, from Crickhowell, is alleged to have been travelling at 101mph on the A470 northbound upper boat interchange to Rhydyfelin, between Cardiff and Pontypridd, on April 9 this year, driving a BMW 218.
Thomas, of Gerrdir Mynnydd, Crickhowell, did not appear at Cardiff Magistrates' Court last Thursday, September 22, but the case against him was adjourned and has been scheduled for a sentencing hearing on November 9 in Merthyr Tydfil.
