A MOTORIST pulled over by police earlier this month has presumably been driving for nearly 50 years with no licence as it was discovered they have never passed their driving test.

Police pulled over the driver in Powys on September 4 and discovered they had no driving licence – despite having been eligible to drive for more than 45 years.

The driver was pulled over near Brecon on September 4 and was reported for driving without a licence and without insurance.

Dyfed Powys Police’s Roads Policing Unit tweeted: “Driver stopped near to Brecon.

“Driver found to have never passed a test, despite being eligible to drive for 45+ years.

“Vehicle seized and driver reported for no license/no insurance.”
