Brennan Johnson, Nottingham Forest's exciting young forward who qualifies for Wales through his Rhayader-born mother, is ranked in the top six.
It's not going to be a surprise that the Los Angeles FC forward is among the most hyped players leading up to the 2022 world cup, also having won Welsh Footballer of the Year six times.

Daniel James of Fulham is joint-favourite online with the LA FC forward with Tottenham Hotspur's Ben Davies, Huddersfield Town's Sorba Thomas and Swindon Town Jonny Williams making up the top five most hyped players online, followed by Johnson.
Johnson has enjoyed a stellar start to life in the English top flight while also impressing from the substitute's bench as part of Rob Page's Welsh squad which will take part in their first World Cup in 1958 in November.
