A man who was arrested on suspicion of rape in Newtown town centre over the weekend has been released on bail.
Dyfed-Powys Police officers investigating the suspected sexual assault are appealing to club goers who were at the Steam Mill nightclub before 10.30pm on Sunday, August 28, and saw "something unusual" to get in contact with them.
Officers also want to speak to people who were in the Broad Street area between 10.30pm and 11.45pm.
Police cordoned off an area in the town centre for several hours on Bank Holiday Monday (August 29) while investigations were underway.
