A MAN will face trial later this year over accusations he harassed another man over email and at his place of work.
Michael Nicholls, 56, appeared at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court last Tuesday (August 23), where he denied one charge of harassment without violence between January 5 and February 10 this year.
Nicholls, of Birchwood Drive, Whittington, in Shropshire, is accused of harassing Mark Barnes during this period, at Newtown.
Nicholls is said to have pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of Mr Barnes.
Nicholls’ trial will take place on November 2 at Welshpool. In the meantime he was granted conditional bail not to contact Mr Barnes whatsoever.
