Platinum Jubilee celebrations have started early in one town on the Powys border.
Kington are marking the event with a Platinum Pageant at St Mary's Church on Church Road.
A floral celebration of 70 years featuring seven colourful creative displays mark each decade of the Queen's rule.
The impressive exhibits have all been made by members of the church.
The parish’s latest newsletter said: “This year’s Flower Festival will help us celebrate the Queen’s jubilee.

“There will be artefacts displayed to remind us of the seven decades of the Queen’s reign and the highlights of those years.
"We look forward to welcoming everyone to the Church to help us celebrate."
The church will be open to visitors daily between 10am and 5pm and midday and 5pm on Sundays, with light refreshments available.
