BRECON Corries are the MMP-NL Mid Wales League East champions after a 5-0 victory at Llansantffraid on Saturday.
Knowing only three points would be enough to surpass Builth Wells at the top of the table, the Corries were led to glory with two goals by Corey Evans.
Paul Keddle, Joel Evans and Craig Evans goals completed the scoring as the south Powys side toasted the title and promotion to the Ardal leagues next season.

Meanwhile Dyffryn Banw prevailed 2-1 winners at home to Newcastle Emlyn in the western conference.
Tom Foulkes and Gerallt Davies goals ensured the spoils for the Llangadfan hosts while Anthony MacDonald hit back for Emlyn.

Aberystwyth University Reserves eased to a 4-1 win at home to Aberdyfi with Keelan Thompson, Jay Higgins, Abhinav Bhardwaj and Chris Howson own goal cancelling out Adam Ebery's reply.
Builth Wells Reserves were crowned Watson Financial Mid Wales League South champions following a comfortable 4-0 win at home to Presteigne St Andrews.
David Thomas and Blake Evans shared the limelight with both netting doubles as the Bulls tasted championship champagne.

Ethan Kinsey struck twice as Welshpool Town Reserves prevailed 3-2 winners over 10 man Penrhyncoch Reserves in the FAW Central Reserve League on Friday night.
