A Welshpool club recently celebrated 75 Charter Nights with a formal dinner.
The Rotary Club of Welshpool held the dinner at the Royal Oak Hotel on Wednesday, May 4.
Club members were joined by the Mayor of Welshpool, Councillor Alison Davies and her husband.
The group was also joined by District Governor Nick Gidney and his wife, Assistant Governor Cath Baldry as well as past members and invited guests, including Russel George MS and Johnathan Herbert.

Club President Phil Owen gave a brief resume of the work and projects undertaken by the club, and listed some of the local and international charities which the club supports, such as Hope House, Sedcu, Shelterbox, Polio Plus, Water Aid and most recently the Ukraine and Afghanistan refugee appeals.
The guest speaker Judge Gail Hawker gave a talk on her career and was thanked by President Phil Owen.
Judge Hawker was presented with a planted basket on behalf of the club.
