CAERSWS crashed Chirk AAA's Ardal North East title party with a 2-1 win at the Recreation Ground sealing second place and a berth in the end of season promotion play-off.
The Colliers arrived in Powys in good spirits and even better voice as the fans marked the final trip of a successful season in style.
However the Bluebirds opened the scoring just after the break following a goalless first-half with Luke Mumford on target.

Chirk hit back to level through Liam Sklenar before Craig Harris came off the bench to restore the villagers' lead with nine minutes remaining and Marc Griffiths' men held out to toast victory.
At the same time Bow Street ended Cefn Albion's play-off hopes with a 3-2 victory at Cae Piod.

The sides were level at the break with Callum Mannion breaking the deadlock for Albion before Iolo ap Dafydd levelled for the Magpies before the break.
Street pulled ahead with Tom Roberts and John James netting before the Wrexham side set up a tense finale with Nicolas Jones reducing the arrears.
However Street held firm to complete victory and ensure Caersws could start celebrating their second place finish.

Meanwhile Dolgellau AA ended their season with a 3-1 victory over Corwen on Friday night.
Goals from Jonathan Harrison and David Edwards gave the Wasps the lead before Owen Cordiner replied for the visitors but Dolgellau were not to be denied and settled the outcome with a late Rob Evans strike.
Rhayader Town's Ardal South East fate now rests with the Football Association of Wales after slumping to a 2-0 defeat at home to Goytre.
Goals from Isaac Wigley and William Higgs earned the Gwent side the spoils with the Red Kites' survival hopes now pinned on the success or failure of end of season appeals and potential points deductions elsewhere in the league.
Meanwhile Llandrindod Wells marked the end of their season with a 1-0 victory at Newport City with a Shaun Nicholls strike after 20 minutes sealing an eighth place finish.
