A Powys caravan park has been named the best in Wales by a magazine for the sector
Practical Caravan named the Red Kite Touring Park near Llanidloes as its number one spot in Wales in this year's rundown of the 100 best caravan parks in the UK.
It was the pick of the 15 caravan parks in Wales that made it onto the list.
And another site in Powys was also ranked among the top 15, with the Daisy Bank Touring Caravan Park at Montgomery classed among the cream of the crop for lovers of holidays on wheels.
In a citation praising Red Kite Touring Park, Practical Caravan said: "Located a mile from the charming market town of Llanidloes, this family-run, adults-only touring park is set in 20 acres with nature ponds, hiking routes and dog-walks."
The guide goes on to praise its "well-stocked" fishing pool, adding that it is a "great base" for visiting the Clywedog Reservoir, Hafren Forest and Elan Valley.

In praise of Daisy Bank, meanwhile, a citation in the guide praises its "great views, friendly owners and atmosphere", and "beautiful countryside".
Both sites were also on 2021's list, but were pipped to the top spot by a park in Llanelli, but Red Kite was not to be denied this time.
One other mid Wales caravan park made the list – Woodlands Caravan Park at Devils Bridge near Aberystwyth.
Over the border in the other direction, the Ludlow Touring Park in south Shropshire was named the number one site in the "Heart of England" region covering the West Midlands.
