A primary school near Llanfyllin has joined with toy makers to send messages of support to the people of Ukraine.
Owners of handmade wooden toy manufacturer Eric and Albert teamed up with Llanfechain Church in Wales Primary for the project.
The company asked the school children to write messages that would accompany wooden toys that were being sent to Ukraine.
The toys will be donated to children in need as they flee the ongoing Russian invasion.
A spokesperson for Eric and Albert said: “The messages from the children are so profound and thoughtful, sending love from a little village in Wales to those suffering in the Ukraine.”
