Looking back towards Welshpool you can see how the River Severn burst its banks and flooded nearby fields, while many more are covered in water after being saturated for a number of days.
A flood warning remains in place for the Upper Severn in Powys after it peaked on Monday.
However, further peaks are expected over the next few days with heavy rainfall forecast.
On Tuesday morning, Natural Resources Wales confirmed a peak of between 2.6 and 2.7 metres is expected at Munlyn this evening, much lower than the 4.08m peak in the early hours of Monday, while the level at Buttington - which saw road closures on Monday due to flooding - was at 4.7m, having peaked at 5.43m at 6am on Monday.
