A ROAD in south Powys has reopened following an accident earlier today, police have said.
Motorists had been urged to find alternative routes after the A4067 was closed between Ystradgynlais and Crai in the Brecon Beacons, with the accident occuring at around 9.30am. The force said just after midday that the road was back open.
"The A4067 between Ystradgynlais and Crai has now reopened. Thank you for your patience," they tweeted.
Earlier, police said: “The A4067 between Ystradgynlais and Cray is currently closed due to a collision. If possible, please avoid the area and find an alternative route.”
