Dyfed-Powys Police
A main route near Welshpool has reopened following an incident.
Emergency services responded to the incident between the town and Guilsfield on Wednesday evening (January 5).
At around 9.50pm, Dyfed-Powys Police said: "The earlier road closure on the A490 has now reopened.
"We thank you for your patience."
Earlier today, police asked motorists travelling in the area to avoid the area.
