There is road and rail disruption along a main route in mid Wales after a vehicle collided with a bridge.
Motorists have been warned to expect some delays on the A470 between Caersws and Machynlleth.
The Welsh Government's traffic update service said it has received reports of an incident in the Commins Coch area.
Transport for Wales had warned railway passengers that journeys between Newtown and Aberystwyth could be cancelled or delayed due to blocked lines.
At around 1.50pm, the train company said the Cambrian Line had reopened.
