A major office development in Newtown has been acquired by new owners who plan help stem the shortage of good quality administrative offices in the region.
St David’s Business Centre has been bought for an undisclosed amount and offices will now be let through the local estate and letting agents, Morris, Marshall and Poole with Norman Lloyd.
The new owners say they are committed to investing in the town centre property which has its own onsite maintenance and management team focussed on providing a full service to tenants.
