POLICE attended a one-vehicle road crash early this morning (Thursday, November 18) near Newtown.
The incident occurred at around 6.30am and involved a white Mercedes sprinter van which had overturned on the road. The accident blocked the road for around two hours but it was clear by 8.30am.
“Police received the report of a single vehicle road traffic collision which occurred at approximately 6.30am this morning on the Tregynnon to Newtown road near Bettws Cedwain,” said a spokesperson for Dyfed Powys Police.
“A white Mercedes sprinter van had overturned on the road. The road was clear just after 8.30am following recovery of the vehicle.”
