A FERRARI owner pulled over by police in Powys has been ordered to pay nearly £350 for not displaying the vehicle’s registration plate correctly.
Alexander Mills, from Wenvoe, near Cardiff, was driving his Ferrari 488 GTB on the A470 near Libanus, just outside Brecon, on July 15 this year.
The defendant was not present at Llanelli Magistrates' Court on Thursday, November 11, where he was convicted in his absence.
The 31-year-old was stopped by Dyfed Powys Police officers at 12.44pm on July 15 who found there was no registration plate fixed to the front of the vehicle.
He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £90 costs as well as a £34 surcharge, making a total of £344.
