Ryan Edson will appear at Merthyr Crown Court on November 24
A POWYS man is due to appear at the crown court next month after being charged with assault causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Ryan Edson, aged 24, is accused of unlawfully and maliciously causing grievous bodily harm to Billi Parker with intent to do him grievous bodily harm in Llanwrtyd Wells on November 22 last year.
Edson, of Rorkes Drift, Cefn Gorwydd, near Llangammarch Wells, appeared at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates Court on Wednesday, October 28. The charge against him is an indictable only offence, meaning it can only be heard at a higher court.
He entered no plea and the case was adjourned; he will appear at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court on November 24.
