An organisation representing emergency services says there is "more than adequate" supply of fuel for the Powys area.
The Local Resilience Forum, which brings together local responder organisations such as the police and fire service, says the vast majority of motorists in the region have behaved "responsibly and calmly" - but said there had been some issues in isolated areas.
The statement was issued in response to an ongoing fuel crisis in other parts of the UK, said to have been caused by a shortage of LGV drivers.
"Jointly, partner agencies in the Dyfed-Powys region are thanking the vast majority of motorists in the area who are purchasing fuel responsibly and calmly," said a spokesperson.
"We are in touch with fuel stations, who have confirmed there is no disruption to deliveries at most sites, and there is more than adequate fuel stocks across the area – although we have seen a very small number of temporary interruptions in isolated areas. But certainly no cause for concern."
The group also include other organisations who would form part of responding to emergencies and working together, they ensure they prepare for emergencies by working in a coordinated and effective way.
They added that people should continue to behave sensibly at the pumps.
"Please continue to show restraint and normal purchasing of fuel, and do not form queues which can cause unnecessary obstructions on roads for road users and pedestrians," the spokesperson added.
Earlier, Dyfed Powys Police confirmed that there had been no significant incidents of queuing at petrol stations in the area and that emergency services had good levels of reserves as part of their contingency plans, so were unlikely to experience any disruption in service.
