Dyfed Powys Police say an incident has closed the A40 near Halfway
MOTORISTS have been asked to avoid a main road in south Powys following an incident.
Dyfed Powys Police say an incident has occurred on the A40 near Sennybridge, at the foot of the Brecon Beacons.
“There are currently delays on the A40 between Sennybridge and Halfway, near to the temporary traffic lights, due to an incident,” the force tweeted.
“If possible, please avoid the area or find an alternative route. Thank you.”
The village of Halfway is located halfway between Sennybridge, near Brecon, and Llandovery.
