The man, known only as Andrew, was described as being in his 50s and from the Brecon area, as well as being of slim build, around 5ft 6ins tall, with long, thin grey hair and a long grey beard.
He was last seen in Talgarth at around 10.20am on Wednesday, August 25, wearing a black jacket and a grey and black shirt.
Dyfed Powys Police said just after 5pm today (Wednesday, September 1): “We're pleased to confirm that Andrew, who was missing from Talgarth, has been found safe and well.
“Thank you to everyone who has helped us with this appeal – we really appreciate it.”
Officers believed Andrew might have travelled to the Ceredigion or even Cornwall areas.
