Police are appealing for witnesses after four separate livestock worrying incidents in north Powys resulted in a sheep and nine lambs killed.
Dyfed-Powys Police said a dog was seen attacking a sheep near Sarn, and nine lambs died as a result of a dog attack near Garthmyl earlier this month.
The first incident took place in the Sarn and the Kerry Ridgeway area at around 10am on Saturday, May 15.
PCSO Gary Gwilt said a dog, described as a Boxer, was seen attacking a ewe causing fatal injuries.
The Rural Crime Team are also investigating three livestock worrying incidents which killed nine lambs in the Garthmyl and Berriew area.
The attacks happened over three consecutive days between Sunday, May 16, and Tuesday, May 18.
Sharing a graphic picture on social media, Newtown and Llanidloes Police Station said a lamb had been chased and left in a brook.
An officer said: "All had injuries to the throat, and appear to be the result of a dog attack."
Anyone with information about the incidents is asked to contact Dyfed-Powys Police's Rural Crime Team by calling 101.
