A butcher in Knighton has been showing off his sausage skills by making them blindfolded.
Peter Smith from AJ Pugh Butchers says he decided to take on the challenge to showcase his skills in butchery. He competes in the WorldSkills competition where he represents Wales.
Just last week Peter created what he said was the UK's biggest sausage roll - at 19 inches.
"You don't every day," said Peter.
He was inspired to take on his craft blindfolded after seeing a local fishmonger on TV.
Phil Roberts, from Newtown Morrisons, appeared on Saturday Night Takeaway back in 2013.
Peter said: "They had a bloke who works for Morrisons who could identify a fish blind folded .That's where I got the idea from, you don't see this every day!"
The butcher is keen to do things differently to help attract and maintain customers - and to offer something the supermarkets don't.
"We want to keep people interested and offer something different, that's what it's all about," Peter said.
The 19 inch sausage roll AJ Pugh Butchers has started producing weighs a massive 1kg and costs £15 to buy.
"We wanted to see how big we could go," Peter said.
