JONES James Roderick "Rod" Of The Heathers, Sycamore Drive, Barnfields, Newtown passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, 9th May 2024, aged 83 years. Beloved husband of Megan, much loved father to Tracie and Ceri, father in law to Graham, adored grandad to Ffion, Lowri and Rhydian also a loving brother to David. Funeral service at Aberystwyth Crematorium on Saturday, 1st June 2024 at 12 noon. Any friends and family unable attend, you are invited to join the family following the service at The Monty Club, Broad Street, Newtown from 2.30pm for refreshments and to share stories of Rod (or Jim to his old school friends!)
