JONES Ann Formerly of Y Gadair, Llanfyllin passed away peacefully on May 8th 2024 aged 58 years at home in London. Beloved daughter of Gwylfa and Llinos, much loved Sister, Aunty and Great Aunty. Funeral service of thanksgiving at St Albans Church, Acton, London W4 5LG on Monday June 3rd 2024 at 2pm. Formal attire is not necessary. Donations to Meadow House Hospice Community team.
