HILLS Tracey Ann Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice on 18th January 2024, aged 57 years of Croft Road, Welshpool. Much loved mother of George, Toby, Ashley and Gemma. Loving grandma to Evie and Mia. Dear partner of Ian. Funeral service at St Mary's Church, Welshpool on Wednesday 14th February at 2pm, followed by private cremation. Family flowers only.
