COOPER Vincent Arthur Passed away peacefully on 4th December 2023, aged 93 years. Beloved partner of Mary. He will be sadly missed by Stephen and Chris, also Chris Julie and family. Funeral service at St Mary's Church, Welshpool on Thursday 4th January at 1pm, followed by interment in Maesgwastad Cemetery. Family flowers only.
