SMITH (Nee) Best Sybil Olwen Daughter of the late Jim and Olwen Best of Pentrego, Guilsfield, Welshool. Loving wife of Mervyn, mother, grandmother and aunt. Much loved sister of Sheila, Prudence, David and Angela. Passed away peacefully at the Victoria Hospital Blackpool on the23rd of November 2023 aged 76 surrounded by her loving family
