CHARLES William Philip (Phil) Of Llandrindod Wells. Passed away peacefully at home on October 18th 2023. Aged 83 years. Loving husband of Margaret. Proud dad of Dave, Mike, Gray and Sue, and much-loved Gu to the grandchildren. Fondly remembered as a teacher, bowler and town councillor. Phil will be sadly missed by family and friends. We feel grateful for the care Phil received from the NHS, Doctor Matson and everyone at Llandrindod Medical Practice. Donations in lieu of flowers to Wales Air Ambulance and RSPCA. Celebration Service in Llandrindod Wells on Friday, 24th November. All enquiries to 07764 613651.
