HILLIARD Neill Rodney of St Anne's Care Home, Chepstow Formerly of Little Plantation, Gaufron passed away on Saturday 5th August 2023 aged 78 years. Loving Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather A Funeral Service will take place at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Rhayader on Thursday 24th August 2023 at 2.00pm followed by Interment at Rhayader Town Cemetery.
