HIGGS Garfield Milton Passed away peacefully on July 26th 2023, aged 82 years of Lower House, Kerry. Much loved brother of Gaynor and Allan. Partner of Ruth. A fond uncle to his nieces and nephews. Funeral service at Sarn Baptist Chapel on Wednesday August 23rd at 1pm, followed by burial in the chapel yard. Family flowers only.
